Multiplier
A value that multiplies your win. Cash Eruption's Free Spins mode applies a 2x line multiplier to all wins during the bonus. Jackpot Fireballs effectively act as multipliers too — the Major tier pays 200x your bet, the Grand pays 1,000x. The biggest multiplier comes from filling the full grid.
Paylines
Predefined lines across the reels where matching symbols form a win. Cash Eruption runs on 20 Lines on a 5×3 grid. Lines pay left-to-right starting from reel 1. All 20 lines are always active — you can't reduce the count.
Paytable
The reference chart showing each symbol's payout for 3, 4, or 5 of a kind. Access it through the game's info menu. Ways to Win

Wild
A symbol that substitutes for any regular symbol to complete winning combinations. Cash Eruption's Wild only lands on the middle three reels (2, 3, 4) and expands to cover the entire reel when it appears. Wilds don't substitute for the Volcano Scatter or the Fireball symbols.
Win Distribution
How total payouts are spread across different win sizes. Medium-High-volatility slots like Cash Eruption are moderately top-heavy — Fireball Respins account for about 60% of the total RTP contribution while base game line wins handle the remaining 40%. Free Spins fall in between.
Bonus Buy Restrictions
Some countries ban purchasing bonus rounds directly. The UK prohibits bonus buy since October 2021. Cash Eruption doesn't offer a buy option anyway — IGT's distribution skews toward US-regulated markets where feature buys aren't standard.
Fireball Respin Bonus

Four-Tier Jackpot System

Volcano Scatter
The scatter symbol in Cash Eruption. Three or more anywhere on the grid trigger Free Spins. The trigger is reasonably common — about 1 in 200 spins on average. Volcano Scatters can land on any reel, no payline restriction.
Jumbo Symbols (3×3 Mega Symbols)
During Free Spins in Cash Eruption, reels 2, 3, and 4 merge into a single jumbo position displaying 3×3 oversized symbols. One jumbo symbol effectively occupies 9 grid cells at once, creating massive line-up potential across the 20 paylines. This is the mechanic that turns Free Spins into the most consistent payout mode outside of Fireball Respins.
Counter Reset (Hold & Win)
A core Hold & Win mechanic. Cash Eruption starts the Respin Bonus with 3 respins. Every time at least one new Fireball lands, the counter resets to 3 — extending the round potentially indefinitely.
